Meet some of our Boyco team:
Managing Director
Damien started with the Company in 2011 and is now responsible for the day to day running of the business. He ensures that the business is constantly evolving and that we are always at the cutting edge with our client services and solutions.
Operations Manager
Gary started with Boyco in 2018 and is responsible for the smooth running of all operational areas of the business. He goes above and beyond client expectations to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standard.
Regional Sales Manager
Kevin joined Boyco in 2006 and is a very experienced member of the Boyco team. Kevin has a high degree of technical expertise enabling him to work with our clients to provide extensive technical assistance from concept through to point of sale.
Design Manager
Ola started with Boyco in 2016 and is responsible for all project designs for our clients. He is experienced in designing solutions from concept through to manufacture and then finally project completion on site.
Senior Estimator
Chris has been with Boyco since 2006 and is a senior member of our estimating team. He takes care of our client enquiries with particular focus on the more technical requirements, producing priced and detailed quotations.
Project Estimator
Andrew joined Boyco in 2011 and has acquired a huge breadth of experience with Boyco’s products and technical specialities. Andrew possesses extensive industry knowledge and is technically astute, and now looks after the quoting of complex project quotations, ensuring every detail is carefully considered so we can present quality proposals to our clients and offer complete peace of mind.
Production Manager
Wayne has been with Boyco since 1984 and is responsible for the day to day running of our factory. He makes sure that jobs are scheduled and delivered within the agreed timescales and looks after all other factory related duties.
Production Technician
Glen started with Boyco in 1984 and is a multi-skilled member of our workforce. He is currently responsible for all our timber processing requirements, making sure that all timber is processed and finished to the exceptional Boyco standard.
Production Technician
Mick joined Boyco in 1980 and has years of experience in the application of Boyco’s unique hot dip nylon coating. He is able to powder coat Boyco products consistently to the highest of standards.
Production Technician
Paul started with Boyco in 1990 and is our in-house product assembly expert. Paul is responsible for assembling our Boyco products and ensuring the highest standard of quality and enviable “factory finish” so the goods are ready for delivery to site.

Billy joined Boyco in 1989 and is an experienced fabricator with years of expertise in welding and other metal work processes. Billy is a very conscientious individual and goes to great lengths to ensure that the quality of each product is finished to the highest standard.
Regional Sales Manager
Glen joined Boyco in 2019 and is responsible for managing client relationships for the Southern UK region. Glen is very solutions driven and uses his creativity and passion for the industry to deliver fantastic results. Glen has a keen eye for detail whilst also ultimately understanding the bigger picture and is at home meeting with clients or drafting up a complex proposal.

Braden started with Boyco in 2018. He is an integral part of the Boyco team, and works closely with incoming enquiries to ensure our clients are provided with meticulous service and a quotation to meet their requirements on time and in full. He is ready to help with any client queries and is always just a phone call away.
Business Development Representative
Dominic joined Boyco in 2020 and is a highly driven individual who is championing our Business Development. Dominic users his extensive market experience to explore new routes to market for Boyco’s prized products, and delivers fantastic care directly to our clients and end users.
