Covid-19 precautionary measures from Boyco

March 2020

In light of recent global and national events surrounding Covid-19, the team at Boyco is continuously reviewing and implementing precautionary measures to reduce the spread of the virus whilst ensuring we can remain fully operational for our customers.

As part of our contingency planning we are looking at ways to minimise any disruption to business as usual, and to ensure our project and service delivery continues as expected

We are taking measures internally to reduce the impact of the virus for our staff and customers including:

  • Strict hand-washing
  • Avoiding all contact and maintaining the 2 metres distance
  • Regular deep cleaning of our site
  • Maintaining high levels of personal hygiene
  • Testing the impact of working from home for key areas of the business
  • Reinforcing our comprehensive business continuity plan across our departments including our production facility and supply chain.

To mitigate the impact of Covid-19 on our business activities, we are currently offering all customers who have a face-to-face meeting arranged, the option to have their meeting via Microsoft Teams which utilises video call and desktop sharing capabilities.

To utilise this option, you don’t need to have Office 365 or Teams installed – you simply need internet access and a web browser such as Chrome or Internet Explorer. Our IT support team will be able to provide all the technical support required.

If you would like to discuss any of the content of this email or if you have any further questions, then please contact us on 0161 428 7077 and we will be very happy to assist you. For your information, here is the link to the latest UK government advice.

Please be assured that all the team here at Boyco is doing everything possible in order to maintain business as usual and we commit to keeping you updated of any changes that may occur.

Kind Regards

Damien Boyt

Managing Director
